All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted.
Please note that custom orders will take a bit longer. We try to make and ship all custom orders as soon as possible but please allow extra time for us to get them to you. You can contact us at any time and we’ll try to give you a better idea of when your custom order will be ready.

Damaged Shipments/Returns
We make sure all products are packed securely and leave us in excellent condition but sometimes things happen during shipping.
Damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted without prior authorization from Eclipse Creations.
